Hemp is FANTASTIC!  The creamy white 'sprout' simply bursts out of the shell. Brilliant results .....fish over a bed of confidence!

Sourced and grown in Australia. As this comes directly from the farm, this may contain some other random seeds but this is filtered out the best we can!

The Hempseed is available either fully prepared, cooked and safe for fishing or raw which will need to be soaked and cooked.

Larger quantities are available to backorder in 10kg half sacks or 20kg sacks (eta is 4-5 days), this is available for pickup only in Melbourne

If buying the Hempseed raw follow the below cooking instructions to ensure this is safe for fishing:

• To Prepare hemp for fishing Cover the dry seeds in cold water and leave to soak for between 48-72 hours min. The hemp will float until it's taken on water and will then sink.
• Rinse the seeds well in cold, clean fresh water.
• The next day, put the seeds along with the clean water into a pan. Boil and then simmer them for 30 to 40 minutes until the kernels split, showing the white interior. (Add some bi carb during cooking to darken the hemp)
